Who are we?
Emergency Care Programs is New York City's largest prehospital emergency medical training company. Since 1984, Emergency Care Programs have taught well over 30,000 EMT's and has certified over 20,000 people in CPR, Automated External Defibrillator Use and First Aid.
All Emergency Care Programs instructors are EMTs or paramedics with years of real street experience. Our instructors combine years of teaching experience with first hand knowledge of true-life emergencies. This experience helps us deliver the most effective and practical training classes to our students from Brooklyn, New York, Bronx, Queens and the entire tri-state area.
All courses available focus on practical skills with intensive hands-on training. This type of training delivers the knowledge, skills and confidence necessary to respond to true-life emergencies. Emergency Care Programs offers the best, most practical instruction for CPR, First Aid, Automated External Defibrillator, and EMT training.
Emergency Care Programs offers courses that are given at our training centers throughout the New York Metro Area. In addition, we are available to and offer courses on-site at your location.
Emergency Care Programs is an official training agency of The American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) - Emergency Care & Safety Institute (ECSI), The National Safety Council (NSC), The American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI), an affiliate of the Maimonides Medical Center / American Heart Association (AHA) Community Training Center, as well as a certified course sponsor of CFR & EMT Training for the NY State Department of Health, Bureau of EMS.
