EMT Training and Defibrillation Training at New York Methodist Hospital

The ER is located on Seventh Street (Between 7 & 8 Avenues)
BY CAR
Take the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway to the Prospect Expressway. From the Prospect Expressway, exit at Tenth /Eleventh Avenue. Make the firs right from the exit ramp onto Tenth Avenue and drive one block to the traffic light. Turn right onto Twentieth Street and continue three blocks to Seventh Avenue. Turn right again and proceed down Seventh Avenue for Sixteen blocks. The Hospital is on Sixth Street between Seventh and Eighth Avenues.
BY BUS

BY SUBWAY
The closest and most direct subway route to New York Methodist is the "F" train (Sixth Avenue Independent line). You can transfer to the "F" from:
- The "R" train at Sixth/fourth Avenue
- The "A" or "C" train at Jay Street / Borough Hall
- Or the "G" train at either Bergen, Carroll, or Smith / Ninth Street
Take the "F" train to the Seventh Avenue stop in Brooklyn. Exit the station at either the Seventh or the Eighth Avenue end of the platform and walk to Sixth Street.
