FROM LONG ISLAND AND QUEENS:
BY CAR: Cross Island Parkway to Southern State Parkway West to Belt Parkway West OR Van Wyck Expressway South to Belt Parkway West, Exit at Pennsylvania Avenue (Exit 14) and travel north to the 10th traffic light which is Linden Blvd. Turn left onto Linden Blvd and travel 2 miles. Brookdale is located on the right corner of Linden Blvd and Rockaway Pkwy. Make a right onto Amboy Street to the parking garage.
BY TRAIN: LIRR to Atlantic Avenue. Take IRT Flatbush line to Church Avenue station. Take B35 to east 98th street.
FROM MANHATTAN AND BRONX
BY CAR: Take the Triboro Bridge to Grand Central Parkway East to Van Wyck Expressway South to the Belt Parkway West. Exit at Pennsylvania Avenue (Exit 14) and travel north to the 10th traffic light which is Linden Blvd. Turn left onto Linden Blvd and travel 2 miles. BY BUS:
B7 to Lenox Road and Heckerman Avenue
B44, B46, B49, B78, B17, B41 to Church Avenue and then take the B35 to East 98th Street
B60 to Heckerman Avenue and Rockaway Avenue
B15 to Heckerman Avenue
Go to the Emergency Room, and ask for the administrator or charge nurse.
Be punctual.
Dress appropriately - no jeans or sneakers.
Wear white lab coat at all times.
