From Manhattan: Brooklyn Battery Tunnel or Brooklyn Bridge to Gowanus Expressway East - to Belt Parkway East (towards Kennedy Airport) exit at Bay Parkway. At the light make a left onto Bay Parkway and proceed to Bath Avenue. Left onto Bath Avenue to 20th Avenue. Right onto 20th Avenue and proceed to 85th Street. Right turn onto 85th Street. Training center is located on the lower level of the first building on your left. Follow signs for entrance.
From Queens: Van Wyck Expwy South to Belt Parkway West (Exit 1B). Proceed on Belt Parkway - exit at Bay Parkway. At the light make a right onto Bay Parkway and proceed to Bath Avenue. Left onto Bath Avenue to 20th Avenue. Right onto 20th Avenue and proceed to 85th Street. Right turn onto 85th Street. Training center is located on the lower level of the first building on your left. Follow signs for entrance.
From Bronx & Westchester: Whitestone Bridge to Van Wyck Expwy South to Belt Parkway West (Exit 1B). Proceed on Belt Parkway - exit at Bay Parkway. At the light make a right onto Bay Parkway and proceed to Bath Avenue. Left onto Bath Avenue to 20th Avenue. Right onto 20th Avenue and proceed to 85th Street. Right turn onto 85th Street. Training center is located on the lower level of the first building on your left. Follow signs for entrance.
From Staten Island: Verrazano Bridge to Belt Parkway East. Exit at Bay Parkway. At the light make a left onto Bay Parkway and proceed to Bath Avenue. Left onto Bath Avenue to 20th Avenue. Right onto 20th Avenue and proceed to 85th Street. Right turn onto 85th Street. Training center is located on the lower level of the first building on your left. Follow signs for entrance.
From Long Island: Southern State Parkway to Belt Parkway West.
Proceed on Belt Parkway - exit at Bay Parkway. At the light make a right onto Bay Parkway and proceed to Bath Avenue. Left onto Bath Avenue to 20th Avenue. Right onto 20th Avenue and proceed to 85th Street. Right turn onto 85th Street. Training center is located on the lower level of the first building on your left. Follow signs for entrance.
By Train:
D Train or M Train (during rush hour): To 86th Street and 20th Avenue stop. Exit station and walk along 20th Avenue to 85th Street. Right turn onto 85th Street. Training center is located on the lower level of the first building on your left. Follow signs for entrance to the training center.
N Train: To Bay Parkway and 67th Street stop. Exit station and take B6 Bus to 85th Street. Walk 2 blocks towards 20th Avenue. Training center is located on your right side on the lower level. Follow signs for entrance to the training center.
By Bus:
The following buses stop near our location: B1 & B6
B1: To stop at 86th Street and 20th Avenue. Walk along 20th Avenue to 85th Street. Right turn onto 85th Street. Training center is located on the lower level of the first building on your left. Follow signs for entrance to the training center.
B6: To stop at 85th Street and Bay Parkway. Walk 2 blocks towards 20th Avenue. Training center is located on your right side on the lower level. Follow signs for entrance to the training center.
